  • Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Double, 4 Twin and sleeping 10 people.

    There is an excellent ocean view from this 9th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25” flat screen TV w/built in DVD players and a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is the gorgeous view from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddie pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

Great location, lots to do!

Very much enjoyed our stay, even with the rain most of the week we still hot in the lazy river and hot tub. On the one sunny day we had, the beach was right close by to enjoy!

This property is in a quiet living location with life nearby. The facility itself was clean and spacious. It had an indoor heated pool and an outside Jacuzzi. The balcony has a great view of the beach.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation condo! Our family of 10 had more than enough space. Bonus was having a bathroom/shower in every bedroom! Perfect location and short walk to the beach. We will definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Priceless memories were made. ❤️❤️

Nice place

A very nice and clean place. If there was one or two criticisms, it would be that the pots and pans to cook with were very old and hard to use. Also, the lack of basic cleaning items, spray for the kitchen and a sponge or two, made it hard to clean the kitchen. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves.

I wish they had a outdoor pool but other than that our vacation was fabulous!

Good enough

The unit was large and accommodated our group very well. The bedrooms and bathrooms really need to be updated. The beds arent very comfortable and the bed linens were cheap. The kitchen and dining area was very comfortable being the only space that seems to have been updated. We were not able to redeem any "free attraction tickets" we never got an answer or return call from the service number provider. Won't be choosing this property again.

Great place very close to the beach

The condo was just like the description, very large common area that we enjoyed and the pool was awesome since we stayed their during the Abby storm. The condo at a glance looked clean but on our first night we found a cockroach in the master bedroom and another in the living room. I planned on reaching out to the owner in the morning but coincidentally pest control came by the next morning. It didn't become a huge issue for us but unfortunately first impression matter. Everything in the condo worked as expected, my recommendation would be to have some of the bathrooms doors tuned up as they don't close very well. Would i stay here again, yes and i would recommend since the owner seems to be taking a proactive approach to the pest control and location of this unit. Overall we had a great time!

We book our annual beach trip every year and have enjoyed staying in condo-style places. While this unit was not ocean front, it was close enough to see and hear the waves. In fact, we had front row seats to three nights of fireworks! It was also nice to be an end-corner unit. We had great views. We had so much space in this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious. The amenities were great! There was plenty of parking. There was complimentary overflow parking close by. Having a swimming option not in the direct sun and off the beach was a big bonus. For these reasons, I would book again in a heartbeat. With that said, the cleanliness of parts of the unit was not what I expected. The floors weren’t clean when we arrived. Our feet and socks were black instantly. The balcony had trash on it. The windows needed a good cleaning too. Some of the dishes in the cabinets weren’t fully clean. We took care of it but it was a little disappointing. We were provided two sets of keys and could have easily used another. This would not keep me from booking again though. Overall, this place was the perfect spot for a large family and at a great value!Thanks for a wonderful stay :-)
