About this property

Oceanfront Corner Condo - Pinnacle 306

  • Year after year repeat rentals comment on the wonderful decorations and view of this condo. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and has an ocean view private balcony.. It also has direct access to the master bathroom with a double vanity and shower/jetted tub combination. There are two other bedrooms; one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and is directly oceanfront with access to the balcony.

    All condos are non-smoking(in the unit or on the balcony) and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

Great place for low price

Condo was very clean, close by everything. We rented a golf cart for the week, used to go every where. Kids loved the pool! Beach right out the balcony! We will stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed at NMB since 1992 and have been very satisfied with the units at CTI, CTII, Pinnacle and Crescent Sands. All of the units are clean, free of foul odor and the vacationers are quiet.The staff at North Shore Realty are exceptional friendly and assist in any way if there are any concerns.

Love The Pinnacle

Our stay was really nice! I just recommended not trying to check in before 4pm. We had to wait 50 minutes in the parking lot due to not letting us check in any earlier. The person did communicate well and told us she’d be there at 4 to check us in.Beach access is really convenient and not a bunch of stairs to walk up and down to get to the beach. Easier access if you cannot walk well or disabled. Parking is also nice, we didn’t have an issue parking and didn’t have to worry about a parking garage. Also the front of the beach isn’t as crowded like the other larger condos that house much more people. I really like that as well. Overall I recommend!

Nice Condo but…

Nice condo but there were a couple concerns: 1. Not a lot of parking so we had to park across the street several times. 2. Could not figure out how to turn on the living room ceiling fan. 3. WE FOUND A USED CONDOM INDER THE COUCH!!! When we talked to the rental office about this at checkout, they didn’t seem to apologetic. That was frustrating.

Family vacation

Family vacation of 8. Ocean front with view. Very spacious. Couple downsides is poor cable & WiFi weak, twin beds don’t seem very sturdy and beds are stiff, parking is very limited even with overflow parking. Plus sides condo has AC and there is a closed in pool. It was very quiet which was great.

Overall a nice place to stay

The location is perfect and overall the condo is nice. The only thing we really longed for was better mattresses. I did have a problem with the provided password protected WiFi, however, as someone gained access to some accounts that I logged into while using it, but I don’t think that is a condo related problem - just use caution when using it! Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay!
