  • ****Please note: Exterior Breezeway & Balcony Concrete Repairs & Waterproofing Project is scheduled for October 2026 through December 2026, weather permitting. We have blocked our calendar when the exterior walkway and balcony are off limits. All other periods of time are available to rent however; work will be ongoing throughout the entire building and may be noisy at times. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October – December of 2027, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ****

    This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, direct oceanfront condo. With a fully equipped kitchen you can feel right at home without actually being at home. This unit also has flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room as well as a washer & dryer. This unit can accommodate 4 with 1 king in the master bedroom and 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom. New mattresses in August of 2026!!!

    Located at 1709 S. Ocean Blvd., San-A-Bel is a seven story, concrete and steel oceanfront property located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The building has a three-story parking garage, indoor pool, oceanfront hot tub and easy access to the beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theaters, and championship golf courses.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was good. The rental was clean and nicely decorated. The electric reclining sofa was exceptional. The oceanfront king size bed needs a new comforter and an extra blanket would be nice. The bathrooms were small but well laid out and clean.

Great experience. First time renting from North Beach and won’t be the last. Condo was as described. Any issues that came up were dealt with in timely manner. No main issues, the building was replacing a water heater and that caused us to temporarily lose water but this was not an issue for us and something the rental company had nothing to do with nor were they told. Easy communication
