Seaside Magnolia is a luxury vacation rental that offers the grandeur of old southern low country style with amenities galore! We strive to make you feel at home in our home, centrally located in Tilghman Estates, North Myrtle Beach.

Just over 300 steps from refreshing surf and warm sandy beaches in a family-friendly neighborhood, Seaside Magnolia is the perfect location for your next vacation. Only an easy mile to downtown groceries, restaurants, and ice cream shops at either the Main Street strip or world famous Cherry Grove.  Or you may choose to relax on our beaches, which tend to be less crowded because there are not any condos letting out onto them for a mile or more in either direction. Seaside Magnolia is a place for families or great for small groups. Our home is the place to make memories that last a lifetime!

Our elegantly updated 5-bedroom residence boasts en-suite bathrooms in each room except the crow’s nest hideaway bedroom and generous dual living room spaces and large screen TVs. The beds are expertly prepared upon your arrival. Enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi and Amazon streaming content or cast content from your own device. An elevator services all three levels, eliminating the need to haul luggage, groceries, or navigate stairs. The well-appointed kitchen and first floor butler’s pantry cater to culinary enthusiasts with modern full-size appliances including dual ovens, dual cooktops and dual refrigerators. Your beds are luxuriously adorned with premium linens upon your arrival, and an assortment of beach towels is at your disposal. Forget about bringing beach equipment – we offer a range of beach amenities, creating an ideal haven for families and groups.

Fantastic house steps from the beach

The house, communications and check-in process were all 5-star. Just steps from the beach in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.
