HOUSE RULES:
1. Minimum age: 25+.
2. Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
3. No pets, parties, events, controlled substances, indoor smoking, or fireworks.
4. Maximum occupancy: 8 humans of any age.
5. Provide a credit card (CC) on file with $300 pre-authorization hold.
6. Provide 1) Photo ID that verifies non-local residency and matches the credit card on file, 2) a valid working phone number, 3) a guest list; sign a rental agreement, and be present the entire stay.
7. House As-Is. Report cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival or waive the right to complain.
8. Parking: 4 vehicles; no parking under the house.
9. Check-in: after 4:00 p.m.; Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.; late checkout fees apply.
10. External smart doorbell camera and internal air quality detector.
11. Commercial photography and filming must be pre-approved.
12. $75 fee for returning guest items.
13. No luggage storage.
14. Indoor smoking $500 cleaning fee.
15. Guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests.
