Welcome to Inlet Point Villas where the ocean meets the inlet. We are located at the northern-most point of the Cherry Grove section in North Myrtle Beach. Inlet Point Villas is a private, gated community with amazing amenities. Our amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, grilling area, access to quiet, un-crowded, wide-open beaches, inlet access for water sports/fishing and views of uninhabited Waites Island.
Unit 12D is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a private ocean-view balcony. This is a 2nd Floor Unit (no elevator). The condo is a few steps away from the beach. Free parking available directly in front of the building. New A/C and washer/dryer installed in 2024.
This unit sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Wireless internet and cable TV are included.
THE FINE PRINT:
Bed/Bath linens are NOT included - 1 King, 2 Twins and 1 Queen sleeper.
Beach Towels/Chairs/Umbrellas are NOT included.
This is a non-smoking unit.
No Pets.
Campers/RVs, motorcycles, golf carts and trailers are not permitted in the complex.
Fire Extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector in unit.

Spring break
We had a great time. The property is clean and close to the beach. We loved the access to the beach. We were close enough to everything without having to be in all the busy-ness of Myrtle Beach unless we wanted to. We hope to be back!

Beach vacation
Our condo was newly renovated and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Kitchen very well equipped with lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable also. Communication with host was great. 5 star all the way!

Great place for beach vacation!
This 2 bedroom condo is so beautifully decorated and has very comfortable furniture. The rooms were spacious and just what we needed. It was a pleasure to work with the owner who provided all the information we needed to just walk in the door. I could complain that the weather was bad, but can't control that. It helped to have such a comfortable indoor space. The view from the balcony out to the point was great. Appliances are relatively new and cabinets were stocked with anything we needed. I must say it was one of the cleanest spaces we have ever stayed in! I just can't say enough good things about it. We will definitely go back again!

The prefect condo for relaxing
The newly renovated living spaces were beautiful. The view from the balcony was perfect especially for sunrises and sunsets. Check in-and check out we’re so simple. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone I know!

Fabulous stay - perfect location
Thoroughly enjoyed Wendy & Jim’s property at Inlet Pointe. I have stayed in a few units at this property and this one by far was my favorite. Beautiful job with renovations. Gorgeous open space and quick walk to the beach and marsh area. Will definitely book this unit again in the future if it’s available!
