This updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Crescent Beach condo provides a spectacular view from both the main bedroom & family room, with access to large 26ft balconies that will maximize your oceanfront experience. An extra-large table & six chairs offers outdoor dining or refreshing beverages on the balcony overlooking the pool.

Newly remodeled from laminate flooring, to decor and furnishings, flat screen TVs, Free Wi-Fi, large dining area, and beautifully styled throughout.There are ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen and dining room. The upscale kitchen has solid granite counter tops and all-wood cabinets, plus, it's very well-equipped with a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher and pantry. In addition, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The living room has a new smart TV, plus each bedroom has a flatscreen TV. A storage closet for the beach chairs provided.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an upgraded Posturepedic mattress for your comfort and large walk-in closet. The spacious en-suite bathroom has an over-sized separate walk-in shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, both have upgraded Posturepedic mattresses. There is a spacious hall bathroom for the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have sun-blocking/blackout drapes, so you can sleep in.

The owner of this condo has also installed the most revolutionary, state-of-the-art purifying system available; designed to keep the air clear of airborne allergens, remove odors and provide a comfortable environment for his guests. It is called "Bio-Fighter" & uses a germicidal UV light to prevent bacteria & mold from entering the heating & cooling system. It operates 24/7 even if the HVAC system is not in use.

Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool, and two over-sized hot tubs. The indoor pool is located in the North Tower building and available during the off season. The fitness center is also in the North Tower for easy access. A parking garage offers free covered parking. On site security is also provided. A short boardwalk over the dunes and you have arrived for fun in the sun! Addtional, beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other watersports adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcy’s an oceanfront sports pub with indoor and outdoor seating, bar and pool tables.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS or MOTORCYCLES. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Beach break

We loved the location and overall cleanliness. We wished for higher chairs on balcony so that the rail was not in the way of the view. Coffee filters we bought but had to buy so many and doesn't fit our coffeemaker at home. Some dish soap and bar soap for shower would be nice but not an issue. Overall our stay was quite enjoyable and we would stay there again.

Loved this place!

This place was super nice to stay. It was clean, beautiful view, location was awesome and the deck was spacious. The only thing I would change is that the patio furniture could use some updating. The cushions were well used. However the inside of the condo was super comfortable. Would rent this place again.

Perfection

The view is perfect! Even though on the East Coast, from the deck one can see the sunset off to the south! We by chance had absolutely perfect weather, last week of October 23. Beach wasn't crowded. You can walk miles and miles on it! Enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was clean! Kitchen is well appointed and huge for a beach condo. Beds very comfortable, good quality linen. Great water pressure and scalding hot if you wanted it. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. We really had zero complaints! Elevator worked fast and the stairs were right there, too. Thankfully we weren't in the south tower that was undergoing renovations or this would have been a much different review. Haha We could hear it at times from the deck, but even then, it didn't intrude into our space at all.

Great location, unit needs upgrades badly-still plenty of fun

Nice location and beach access. Kitchen had everything you need. Parking was ok in garage across streets always found a spot no matter the time of day. Owners of this unit need to upgrade The mattress(all) are as old as the building I would guess. Fridge is weak for a rental getting loaded each week-took 2-days to make hold temperature. All furniture is broken in some manner and rigged to hold together. Not one Outdoor patio furniture has 4 legs the same length Bring stuff with you to level the patio furniture I fixed lots of stuff so next renter has it better. Caution in showers all ani-scalding functions of faucets are disabled. Once you learn it after getting burned you’re ok, but for the price theses owners need to get real and fix and replace many items. We had fun and laughed about the condition of it, because we’re accustomed to getting out of date rentals. Also if you rent this unit sweep it and especially the balcony when you first get there, or you’re starting off a bit sandy. The place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

Beautiful stay

Great location! The building is so close to the beach! It was great! And also the condo location, was right off the elevator, that was very convenient. But parking was across the street so that was inconvenient… The condo has everything we needed for everyday living. But the listing says there are Beach chairs available for use, etc. but the closet it is in is very messy and the chairs are all rusty, We would’ve brought our own had we known. Overall, great stay, great vacation, it was our first time in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely come back!!

Fabulous location

This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is very nice and I feel stingy to share it’s information because it may result in me having a hard time booking it again. Everything you need is there or around there and that’s all I’m going to say.

We arrive on time check was ok. Condo floor had a tremendous amount of sand on it. Loose hair on the bed spread from prior tenants. REFRIGERATOR was not working when we arrive, we followed the instructions they had on the frig and that did not work. Call the RENTAL company and they where not much in helping. Frig was finally repaired on Thursday lost the use of it for 5 of our 7 day stay. The rental company nor owner refused to compensate us for coolers or all the ice we had to purchase. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!. I would not recommend this RENTAL COMPANY for any reason.

Great location/cleanliness issue

Condo was spacious w/great location. The thought that kept coming to mind thou during our stay was, “the owners have no pride in their property”. The dishes and silverware were dirty. We had to wash before using. One plate had a thick layer of spaghetti sauce crusted on it. The place looked clean enough at first glance, but then we would come across items like towel holders that had a thick layer of dust on them among other areas in the unit. I have rented from Vrbo either myself or with others enough times in the past to know that this unit was not a quality experience overall in comparison. There was no broom/dust pan. Minimal towels provided and we had to do them daily. Every other unit/house I have rented with Vrbo provided at least a couple extra items like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee grounds for one or two days…things like that..this place was completely bare. I did make a call the first day because I thought we had no hot water in master bathroom and was told that maintenance would be called but no guarantee that they would show up in a timely manner. Turned out the hot/cold was reversed. I figured that out on my own after letting it run for an extensive amount of time. The hot tub did not seem to be maintained as is had a smelly odor. In closing, I would say the unit was fair. But be prepared to bring your own extra towels and make sure you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, coffee filters/grounds, because there are no extras provided to get ya through the first 24 hours if arriving late.

First trip to ocean for grandchild

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was very nice. the beach was awesome. The Crescent Shores Is a wonderful Place to stay with a family. We had a t bedroom 2 bath Condo on 2nd floor. Was awesome. The furniture should be Updated in this unit. we used the hot tub, lazy river, pool and childs wading pool all were very clean and well maintained. we rented beach chairs from the city well worth the money to have set up each day for us. This unit #204 has Plenty of toys and chairs for you in the outside closet. If you rent this condo bring or buy extra towels not enough. One Kitchen towel and one kitchen dish cloth. No pool towels. We purchased myrtle beach towels down the street so we had enough. My suggestion come in on any day besides saturday. Saturday is crazy...we came in on a friday with no issues. . you have to park across the street in a parking ramp you can not park by condo for owners only. ALot Of things to do within 15 to 20 Minutes from this codo. Very quiet at night and very Nice people in the area. Make sure to check out the ripley aquarium our grandson loved it. Helicopter rides on broadway was awesome and Parasailing right in front of the condo. guys went On fishing trip and had a good time catching a bunch of different fish. so go and have fun.

Dirty, the floors upon arrival were dirty and gritty! The sand colored floor disguises the dirt! not organized at check in, furniture inside and outside gross and stained …. Outside dining chair cushions too big for chairs… everything was cheap cheap cheap. When I went to empty bathroom garbage, bag was torn because it was so thin and cheap that the garbage fell through the bottom… won’t be returning

Wonderful Stay

This rental was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The full kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking our own dinner a few evenings. The washer and dryer were handy and worked perfectly. We only used the king bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Checking in and out with VRBO was a breeze. We did go to the wrong building to unload...it is the tower further away from the parking garage. And we were only allowed 15 minutes to park, unload, and move the vehicle. It was very hectic, but this was explained when we checked in and we managed. We were beach bums all week and never used the pools, hot tub, or lazy river, but it was a fabulous week on the beach!

Nice place but could use more attention to cleaning

Over all it was good with a nice view of the ocean and being on the second floor saved a lot of time waiting on the elevator. However more attention needs to be paid to cleaning. The floors were gritty when we arrived so we had to vacuum and mop to get them clean. (Not a great first impression.) It was also clear the floors beneath the furniture weren't well cleaned. The couches are also very dated and seem well worn.

Sweet and sour

We were “closer” check ins. Our booklet and keys were not waiting for us. We called 3 different after hours numbers and left voice messages and texts. After over an hour, someone finally called us back. We had driven 12 hours, it was 7 p.m., and we were about to find a hotel before someone called us back. Once Melissa came to the office, she let me know she hadn’t worked that day and passed the buck. She did say she was sorry, but it was NOT heartfelt. It felt we were just an inconvenience. I sent an email that got no response with our frustration on Tuesday.. That gave someone 3 days to call us and apologize for what had happened. This is not the way to treat your customers. Luckily, Bob, who was in Pennsylvania, was very kind we he returned our call that night and got someone to help us so that we didn’t have to spend the night in a hotel. The place we stayed was mostly nice, but I’m extremely disappointed with VRBO. We have stayed in a lot of homes through HomeAway and anytime we’ve had a problem, they bent over backwards to fix the problem and make us know how truly sorry they were.

First trip to beach with daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. First off check-in was fast and friendly. The property was just as listed. Everything was great. My wife and I had stayed at this property several years ago but we were on a high floor. The second floor location was great for getting to and from condo using the steps instead of waiting on. Elevators. The balcony is directly over lazy river where you can sit and watch the kids in it. Molly Darcy's next door is great and the ice cream shop is on the back side of garage where you can get really good ice cream and less expensive sandwiches. We did not experience any issues so I did not h Ave to contact anyone. Check-out was just as quick and friendly. There was also plenty of beach gear in storage room which we added to. This was an unexpected benefit. Great condo. From the time of booking to check-out the office staff were also great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it and would stay ty here again.
