On-site amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a lazy river, a hot tub, a firepit, and a grilling area for afternoon barbecues.

Begin each morning outside on the private balcony with some coffee, a sea breeze, and a view of the city around you. (Please note that while the building is oceanfront, this condo is not - it overlooks North Ocean Boulevard.) Inside, you’ll find a colorful, cheerful space with a modern kitchen and a small dining table. Entertainment options include complimentary WiFi and cable TV, but you’ll probably want to spend your evenings gathered around the firepit downstairs. An in-home washer/dryer and central air conditioning round out the amenities in this sweet spot.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
