Close to a lot things in North Myrtle Beach. Can easily walk to a few restaurants, bars, shops. It's about a 5 block walk to the beach but there is a public access path at the end of the street. My wife and I walked it with coolers and other beach stuff. Joe is very responsive on any questions.

We had miscommunication between both owners, but Joe was able to provide clarification and prompt responses and worked to make things right. Hot water heater needed to be reset a couple of times each day. There were several stains on mattress covers and 'smears' on bathroom and living room walls, and the entire block set of kitchen knives were filthy. We weren't sure if it eventually worked, but we did try to start the dishwasher a few times before we left. We enjoyed the area, laundry was convenient, check out was easy too.

Nice place

We had a reservation at a different home, but VRBO contacted us and our original host double booked the unit on a different platform. That being said I contacted J and L about this unit and they were gracious enough to allow us to stsy on a very short notice. This place turned out to to be s pleasant surprise to us, not the most luxurious place we've stayed, but it was great for us and our little Miniature Aussie. The place was clean, everything was exactly as listed, the price was fair. Easy check in/out, the host left is a beach bag which wr used to tote towels and water bottles back and forth to the beach. I do recommend you get a golf cart as this spot is about 5 blocks from the coast, it is a nice leisurely stroll to the beach, but not if carrying beach essentials. We used their golf cart and were able to reach the 7th Ave public parking in less than 5 minutes each day. The hosts are great communicators and kept us informed and and answered us on several occasions where we had questions within like 5 minutes each time, regulars to beach rentals know this is rare to have such awesome communication. Joe and Lisa are the best!!!There is a nice nature reserve about 3 minutes away and a dog park about 15 by car that we took our pooch to to get his exercise and he loved the morning and evening beach strolls.The townhome is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get to thd touristy stuff very quickly and to the beach very quickly.

Great area to stay in.

Property is a clean, good home away from home to stay in. A bit far from the beach to call beachfront but close to a lot of sightseeing ops and activities/adventures. Great headquarters.

4 Weeks Wasn’t Enough!

We rented this lovely townhouse for an extended vacation and, for the first time, bought our dog. Lisa and Joe were great to deal with, answering all of our questions and concerns. The small private courtyard was perfect.

Clean, convenient, and great communication

Their place was great overall. The parking was easy and clear. Checking in was straightforward. The place was clean and welcoming. They even had treats for me and my dogs. Access to the beach and amenities in North Myrtle was excellent. I would stay there again!

Close to everything

This unit is a short walk to the beach, some great restaurants, and close to golf courses. The owners were quick to respond with questions and quickly rectified a few minor issues. Bedrooms are spacious and the small patio was a nice option.

Come For the Beach

We enjoyed our long weekend very much at this townhouse. It was very clean and Joe and Lisa were very accommodating. Although this isn’t Oceanside, the golf cart made getting to the beach a piece of cake. I would definitely stay here or at any of Joe and Lisa’s properties again.

The stay

Well we didn't stay at the booking in question due to double booking. They put us in another property that we suppose to be an upgrade but it seemed like a downgrade. The overall stay was ok but it looks like the yellow house has a mold issue

Crescent Beach Stay

The townhouse we stayed in was clean, great location to beach and restaurants and had all the things we needed for our vacation. Joe and Lisa were awesome hosts. They communicated with us in a timely manner! Lisa called me after we left to let me know I left my blow dryer there. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. We would love to stay there again in the future.
