The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids or teens, TV, and use of the 3rd full bathroom just off the off hallway.

The fully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, fridge, ice maker, glass top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are dishes, silverware, a complete set of pots and pans and food preparation utensils. The kitchen also comes complete with small appliances, like: toaster, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker. Spacious new dining table with chairs for 6 and 3 bar stools.

After a day at the pool, beach, or 1 of 4 golf courses, come back to relax in the spacious living room, for marina sunset views from the sofa.
