The room was clean, not very comfortable though. If you like daylight balanced (almost) bluish light, then the living area will be perfect for you. For us, made it feel to sterile like a lab. The biggest issue is the noise at night. You can hear other guests through the walls and every door slam shut in the surrounding area. I didn't like that we received a message asking what time we would be there as the cleaning wasn't done yet. I should divide the rate by the time we had the room and ask for a refund of that time, lol. They sure make it known there will be fees if you don't checkout on time. We stayed at the avista 20 years ago and once again just this week. Our tastes have changed.
