Good to get by!

Overall the location is excellent. The garage setup is cool because you can unload at floor level without having to use the elevator. The unit we stayed in was not well kept up. The floors were filthy with dirt and some were cracking. The AC was average and it even has a sign that says “works best at 74”. Mold and cracks in the shower from extremely old caulk. This was the first property we didn’t have a fully automated check in in a long time. The management office is close by so it’s not terribly inconvenient. The lock on the door jammed sometimes and we would have to jiggle it and re enter the code to get it to work. We won’t go back to this unit but would definitely consider a unit in the building that was better maintained.

3rd bedroom was flooded and could not use bathroom

Water heater broke on the 8 or 9 floor and the water from the heater found it way to our room on the 6 floor was without a bedroom and bathroom the WHOLE Stay with 6 people place was also Not cleaned nobody came in before to clean the floors were dirty the place was not dusted either people everyday coming in the apartment without us in it that is Not Ok with all our stuff inside was Not a Vacation

Great location for family fun.

The property & furnishings were great. Cleanliness was an issue & it lacked the small things that get you started. No beach items(chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.)

Beautiful home but

This home was very beautiful and beach scenery was amazing. Made my family feel like we were home away from home. We had 2 major distractions with this home that was not anyones fault. The lock broke from normal wear and tear which left us stranded inside for over 8 hours, very disappointing. Also a pipe bursted on another floor which forced the water lines to be turned off through the facility. So again, had us stuck where we couldn’t shower to head out for the day. So 2 days were lost from our vacation. Overall, beautiful and clean home. There were family games and toys for the kids which was nice.

Awesome getaway

Wonderful unit with nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Has a nice view of the beach, so convenient to park on 5th level of the parking garage and walk right in. Had a very minor issue while there, fixed right away and the owner even stopped by to make sure it was okay. Would definitely stay there again!
