「The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful but I would recommend more staff to open the eateries before 4 pm and have pool staff cleaning the area before 10 am. Staff should be washing down the pool areas before the guests arrive not as we are there and trying to walk pass. Other the aesthetics are great I would come back because those are not Major downfall turn points so I think that could be worked on once brought you all attention」

「The Sanibel building is an old building, elevators are slow, there is no direct access to the pool area. Screened in lanai makes it difficult to take nice photos from the balcony because of the screens. Overall, was not what we expected.」

「The photo on the listing was deceptive in that due to hurricane there’s no longer a view of the beach as shown on the listing. I totally understand that, and I’m glad the dunes are being rebuilt and seeded. But one of the things I was looking forward to was sitting out being able to look out at the ocean.. view that drew my attention was that photo. I would possibly stay there again, but again I think the photo needs to be updated as some people will be very disappointed.」
