「The place is in a good location and what really makes it great is that we got a card for free access to the local beach. It was very clean when we arrived and Chris, the superintendent was very helpful and accommodating. He even lent us his umbrella when it rained! 「Despite a safety breach at the property, we had a good 4 night stay. I would advise renters to confirm if they expect to be renting 3 rooms or 4. The listing advertises 4 rooms so I expected that. We had a long journey and this was one of several listings I booked, so when the property manager showed us 3 rooms instead of four, I assumed I had got my information wrong and didn’t ask about the fourth room.
