This home features 4 bedrooms, the master with a Queen and a single and an attached full bathroom (with a stand up shower), the second bedroom has a queen and the 3rd upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The Fourth bedroom, downstairs, has two twin beds and a Queen bed. This unit can sleep up to 12 guests if you are a close-knit group!
We have a deck on the back from which you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
Even with a bit of modernizing, the property is a historical home that is now over 85 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

• There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property.
