「Betsy was very welcoming and accommodating. Our stay was booked just days before our arrival. We had to attend a funeral. Staying in a home was better environment. Loved the quick walk to the ocean/beach. Beautiful neighborhood. I had packed my house supplies, but was pleasantly surprised at the hand soap at every sink. Toilet tissue in the bathrooms, etc. There were ample towels. 」

「The home and location worked out well. This was a much better choice than staying closer to Virginia Beach and the main strip. The home was clean upon our arrival, however outside around the hot tub on the lower level was covered with construction debris. After contacting the host, I received an immediate response and apology and it was cleaned up the next day. The communication was exceptional. 「The house was very accommodating. We had 15 guest with kids from 3 to 14 and everyone was comfortable and relaxed even having to spend a snow day indoors. It is very clean and well thought out the kitchen is a nice size and stores were very close by, 25 minutes from Norfolk airport. Highly recommend 」
