Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (7 Jahre, 8 Jahre). Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren frisch bezogen:)Es gab leider nur ein kleines Bad für 8 Personen. Aber mit etwas Planung überhaupt kein Problem.In dem Haus hat uns nichts gefehlt. Zu Fuß, ca.10 Minuten Fußweg, war direkt die Tram Bahn die man ohne Probleme erreichen konnte. Das Auto war nicht nötig. Immer wieder gerne.

5 Übernachtungen mit 8 Übungsleitern

Tolles Haus, viel Platz, schönes geräumiges eingezäuntes Gelände.Leider nur ein kleines Bad für 8 Personen bedarf es einer guten Einteilung, laut Eigentümer wird aber wohl ein weiteres Bad angebaut.Wenn man mit 8 Personen kommt gibt es 2 Durchgangszimmer, welches bei verschiedenen zeitlichen Terminen etwas störend sein kann. Leider ist der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt an der Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Insgesamt ein echt schönes Haus in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann.

Positiv: - Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Eins davon als Durchgangszimmer zu einem Schlafzimmer (war kein Problem) - Großes Grundstück, abgelegen und ruhig - ordentlich ausgestattet mit allem für den täglichen Gebrauch Negativ: - 2 Toilette nur von außen zu erreichen

Tolles Haus mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung. Kleines Manko ist das außerhalb des Hauses gelegene Gäste-WC sowie der nicht vorhandene Fußweg auf dem Weg zur nahegelegenen Straßenbahnstation. Aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts.

Tolle Unterkunft Nähe Leipzig Zentrum und doch außerhalb

Der Bungalow liegt super zentral, in 15 Minuten Autofahrt ist man zum Beispiel beim Zoo oder nächsten großen See. Bahnanbindung besteht auch. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und der Garten ist groß und gut eingezäunt. Das sehr großzügige Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Dazu ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der stets erreichbar ist. Perfekt für Urlauber mit Kindern und Hund.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in zentrumsnahem Idyll

Unser 3-tägiger Aufenthalt in dem Bungalow war hervorragend. Von der Buchung über den Bezug bis zur Abreise verlief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter beispiellos gut. Auf kleine Probleme und kurzfristige Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber eingerichtet und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Das Grundstück ist besonders geeignet für Kinder und Hunde. Nach Ausflügen nach Leipzig konnte man sich hier super ausruhen. Die nahegelegene Bahnstrecke ist kaum zu hören und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem lässt diese Unterkunft kaum Wünsche offen und wir werden den Bungalow bei unserem nächsten Leipzig Besuch definitiv nutzen. (Insgesamt waren wir 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Hund)

Nur zu Empfehlen … was will man mehr

Wir, 8 Freunde mit 4 Hunden, haben 1 Wochenende in der Ferienunterkunft verbracht. Das Haus hat eine gute stadtnahe, ruhige Lage mit Straßenbahnanbindung…was will man mehr. Die Mitnahme von mehr als einem Hund war nach kurzer Anfrage beim Vermieter gar kein Problem. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und perfekt für Hunde und Menschen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super freundlich und zügig. Das Mietobjekt beinhaltet alle wichtigen Utensilien die man benötigt, von Handtüchern über Bettwäsche, bis hin zu einer sehr gut ausgestattet Küche. Ein großes Lob für die Einrichtung. Es war alles picobello sauber.

Viel Platz

Wir waren mit Freunden übers Wochenende dort. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Das Durchgangszimmer ist etwas ungünstig. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß. Es wäre schön, wenn zum Entspannen Liegen vorhanden wären. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Anordnung der Zimmer sind perfekt, außerdem ist es super modern eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, man sitzt dort sehr ruhig und geschützt, haben schöne Grillabende dort verbracht. Das große Grundstück ist natürlich auch ein großer Pluspunkt, Kinder können sich richtig austoben und für Hunde ist es auch optimal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
