「チェックインの際に私のクレジットカードが使用できずホテルのスタッフの方には大変ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、とても親切な対応をしてくださり感謝しています。部屋も清潔でベッドも広くよく眠ることができました。ルーブル・ランス美術館が目の前にあり、堪能することができました。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。」

「必要なものは全て揃っていました。でもトイレットペーパーはもう少しあればいいなと思いました。個人的にはフリーのピアノが一階にあったのがとても良かったです。また、フィットネスルームも良かったです。買い物にも便利な立地で、海が部屋から見られたのは最高でした。ありがとうございました。」

「I cannot say enough good things about the 3 Luppars staff. When my son fell ill, they were extremely understanding and gracious, allowing us a late check out, being solicitous with cold drinks, and looking after our bags so we could explore a bit while we waited for a later train. They made what could have been an awful situation so very much better. Combine that with the outstanding location on the Grand Place, free parking from 1800-0900, and plentiful interesting dining options within a short...
