Location was right in the middle of things which is exactly what we wanted - great private parking which was super easy to access (extra charge but super convenient & reasonably priced seeing as we were right in the centre of Lille) ... breakfast was good but area was small, got busy and was a bit cramped ... room was spacious, clean & comfortable ... staff were friendly & helpful - we enjoyed our stay!

Travelling home from a relaxing few days at the Why. It's a great base to explore Lille, quiet yet within easy walking distance of the city centre. The staff were all tremendously welcoming and helpful, patiently listening to my poor attempts at French before replying in excellent English. All in all a great place to stay.. ,

Perfect location and the rooms were a great size and beds very comfortable. The only negative is the bathroom smells a bit if stagnant water, but i think many hotels and villas have that issue around europe

Great location, easy parking (if you pre book), some very nice rooms - we had a suite and it had a fabulous huge roof terrace with sofa and sun beds. The best thing about the hotel by far is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go out of their way to help you- the staff exceeded my expectations by a long way.

Great location in Lille. Air con did not work in one of our rooms. Key cards never worked. Had to get keys redone every time you need to get into the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de caractère !

Déco et confort sont au rdv! J’ai adoré la lumière qui passait à travers les fenêtres rondes ! La chambre était impeccable et la literie excellente. Personnel très agréable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Seul bémol selon moi, le parking payant et pas très pratique car la porte du garage se referme trop vite avec un digicode en bas de la rampe !
