We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. "One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces.
