「We love this place! We initially booked just one night because we needed a rest stop on our road trip. When we saw the attached wake boarding place we knew we had to let our daughter try it out so we extended our stay. The newly built hotel was clean and had modern minimalist vibes and we liked it. 「Location is convenient to most things. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was a slight musky smell as if the carpet was damp.」

「door lock didnt function properly{hard to open} cigarette buts on balcony light over bench loose {electrical hazard} restaurant service poor. tv had very tinny sound and dull picture」

「Was not told when we booked in to take our breakfast up to our room then. As it was part of cost, it was not delivered to our room, thought it may be outside room next morning but was not. Also no book inside room telling us anything at all. Would have liked to know if bottle of wine was complimentary or we had to pay if we drank. No book, no know.」

「Great value for money. Rooms were clean, great AC and blockout curtains. Carting our bags upstairs was a bit tricky, but nice to have the balcony overlooking the pool. Housekeeping items were left out in the carports for our whole stay, bit untidy but mostly a great motel.」

「A nice quiet area of Mackay. We had a family room with lots of room for all of us. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was equal spacious as well. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Definitely be staying here again. 」

「Property was away from traffic noise, easy to find, staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Large king bed was comfortable. Parking was a bit poor no designated spots, room had interconnecting door (not usable) but noise from next room coming through. Block out curtins need to be wider to stop light from courtyard coming into room.」

「Cheap and cheerful is how I would sum up. It is an old building and facilities are very basic, but adequate for our needs overnighting as we toured up the coast. Near to restaurants and the main shopping centre in town, so very convenient. Staff were friendly and although we checked in late, they made sure we had easy after hours access. 」
