「たまに一部の電気がきれましたが、不便ではありませんでした」

「Very nice property, beautiful view and well located」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「Breakfast was fantastic. One female member of the reception team was unpleasant to deal with. One day our room wasn't cleaned - we informed reception at 3pm, again at 5pm requesting clean towels which weren't delivered and again at 6.30pm. It was cleaned by the time we returned that evening but only after a difficult confrontation with the receptionist. All other staff were lovely to deal with. There were a few other housekeeping issues, but when reported all were resolved. Gym was great. ...

「We had an incredible stay! The front desk staff (Katarina, Vukasin) were so kind and helpful. They provided recommendations, responded promptly to our WhatsApp questions and even provided taxis to and from the hotel at fixed rates. They made us feel very well taken care of! Breakfast staff were also incredible, delicious food and drinks. Our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast. Overall 10/10 experience.」

「Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt. If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation. Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was...

「Lovely little hotel, felt really intimate and unique, with nice stone walls and interesting decor. The main guy on reception - whose name I'm ashamed to have forgotten but he lives 50m down the road from the hotel - was absolutely brilliant, his English was excellent and he served as more of a concierge than a receptionist. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great chat on our last night. All other staff were friendly as well. A la carte breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit and yoghurt also...

「We loved everything about our stay and will definitely come back!」

「Great experience. Room with a view and quite large. Walkable and everything within 5 minutes. Amazing! Parking is tricky call ahead and get exact instructions.」
