"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 12 am Endes des Flures im ersten Stock mit Morgensonne. Das Zimmer enthält einen Minikuhlschrank (angemessene Preise) und einen Tresor.
