「Perfect 」

「Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.」

「The room was ok, outdated. TV good, had mini frig/microwave. Tub/shower, no safety bars. Toilet low and small. All functional. Bed was comfortable. Staff was fine. What does one expect for $90?」

「The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke but not bad. Beds were comfy and heat worked. Great water pressure in bathroom. Friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. 」
