「Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Beds and pillows were good. Nice kitchen and large appliances. Could use more utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom otherwise well stocked. Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again.」

「Fantastic property! The house was very clean and well appointed. Nice backyard for the pups. Great location.」

「Only reason I'm giving four stars is because there's a pet fee that wasn't listed/communicated up front. But that's not a big deal, everything else about this listing is phenomenal! Even had Ale8 waiting for us upon arrival, made my day. Everything's very straightforward and we loved having a king size bed as well as a GREAT yard for our dogs.」

「The house was clean with shops close by, host is welcoming and responds quickly.」

「The location was perfect for our itinerary. Bathroom area was very small. There was no toaster of all things to heat a bagel or toast in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We could not get any standard TV channels on the TV's. But we really did not use the TV's much. Not sure I would recommend for what we paid over the weekend. But maybe that is the going rate for that area.」

「Nothing above and beyond and likewise nothing totally unacceptable. The pool is small and not really for adults. Would be nice to have been stocked with more paper towels and kitchen towels since we were cooking every night. Overall, a totally acceptable rental.」

「This property was lovely and perfect for group of women enjoying the Lexington area and everything it has to offer!」

「Locksmith needed to enter. No hot water. After plumber came, you could only run hot water in one room at a time. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The showers were slippery. There were no spoons for cereal. The storm doors did not fit properly. The sink in one bathroom was about 4 inches by 6 inches. A joke. The response to our problems was genuine and quick but these issues never should have happened in the first place.」

「The house was much more than we anticipated. It was laid out very nice and perfect for our girls trip. The interior was well kept, clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the towels/linens were very nice. The kitchen was also well stocked. We especially liked that it was within walking distance (1/2 a block) of two restaurants and a bakery and an easy drive to several sights. We also enjoyed the daily koi feedings in the backyard pond where we could relax and listen to the water feature.」

「Had a great Christmas vacation in Lexington visiting family came with my husband and five of our adult children and they are spouses. We enjoyed the location, the swim spa and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom! Would definitely consider staying again. Tyler was a great host and accommodated all of our needs.」
