Great area with a wonderful walking park very nearby. Lovely shopping and restaurants close as well. Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with two other couples. Plenty of space. Had a private chef and wine tasting served in so the two dining rooms were great with plenty of space to gather and enjoy.

The family had a very relaxing time in Lexington. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Check- in was easy, Seth answered all my questions prior to our visit. The house was clean. Checking out required very little on our part. So nice that so much was taken care of by the home owner.

This property worked out perfectly for our 4-generation family gathering. The location was great, and we especially loved that it was so close to a park with a walking path, basketball court, and playground!

Near perfect for family stay

The property gave plenty of space for 10 of us. Bedrooms spacious, too. Location close to everything we wanted. Two dining room tables were useful - anniversary display on one and eat at other! Pool (seemed larger than picture) and hot tub were well used by all ages and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped, including pans and utensils. Gas-fired fire pit used for s'mores with good outcome for grandkids. Management responsive to fix the "miss" of baby items not there at first. Only reason for 4/5 on cleanliness is for stained cushions on screened porch furniture, although we used it anyway (nothing rubbed off!).

Nice house in a good area

This large home is in a very nice neighborhood a short distance from many of Lexington's attractions. Six adults stayed here & we had plenty of room; the beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, the house was clean. The deck is gorgeous, we didn't use the hot tub or pool but both looked great. There is a large screened porch. It ended up one of the men had hurt his knee & couldn't do steps. Took care of this easily by letting him in the front door then everything he needed was accessible. The owner communicated clearly & quickly.

Beautiful, quiet, lovely

We stayed here to be close to Central Baptist (maybe a 5 minute drive- Max), as my husband had chemo appointments. Our family came to visit the second night, and our grandkids enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and basketball hoops in the basement. I enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, where I was able to create scrumptious meals for my hubby. This house has every comfort you can imagine. The hosts are amazing. We WILL be back.

Great Stay

The place was very clean and spacious. We had room for all of our friends and the amenities were great. Big beds in all of the rooms, a hot tub, plenty of parking, etc. We didn't have any issues checking in and it was a great location for all the activities we had planned for our trip.

Christmas in January

Very nice house with plenty of space for 10 people. We had 7 adults and 3 children. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor space and screened in porch. The kids loved the hot tub and a couple of the adults brave enough to go out in the very cold temps. It was a very nice weekend for our family to get together.

Thanksgiving family trip

We had a great Thanksgiving stay. The kitcen was stocked making it easy to make our Thanksgiving dinner and meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The lication was great. Thank you Seth!

Great stay for a three day Bourbon Trail experience

very clean, spacious, fun layout and we used the fireplace, gas grill, downstairs rec room, large kitchen... and had a ball!

Ambient temperature right around 38 degrees, the temp inside house chilly, downstairs moldy/musty smell and appeared was being remodeled. light switches not operating, ice maker not functioning, not enough wine glasses to go around, On the positive side all my friends had a good, beds all excellent, and plenty of hot water.time.

More than we could have imagined!

First, let me say that Seth was a fabulous host! Knowing we were there to surprise my mother for her 80th birthday and were having a family reunion, he had a box of Spaldings donuts delivered one morning! The house was beyond perfect. Lots of places for folks to hang out - from the game room to the hot tub/pool area, the screened porch with its TV, the den by the kitchen and sitting area/work area upstairs. Very secluded backyard with lots of nature (including a screech owl one evening). The beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra blankets Fully stocked kitchen including every spice we might want. Plenty of table space for everyone. And, lastly, a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood yet easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We were so grateful to have found this home and its host. Both made a beautiful weekend even more wonderful.

Family Reunion

Great house for the 9 of us! Seth was right on it if we had an issue or needed something. Kitchen towels, potholders and leftover containers were delivered the next day. Loved the hot tub! We cooked dinner there almost every night. There was an issue with the pool water not being clean. One bed was bad and was already on order. Overall 5/5!! We ate at Tony's Steak House - very pricy but over the top delicious! Reservations needed. Day 1 was the Ark Encounter. Highly recommend! 53 minute drive. Day 2 was Ziplining with Boone Creek Outdoors. We absolutely loved it, especially the training zipline for the newbies. Only a 20 minute drive. Day 3 was a cave boat tour with Gorge Underground in the Red River Gorge. We had a variety of physical abilities, so the boat was perfect for us all to go together. Only a 5 minute drive from there to the tram up to The Natural Bridge. 20 minute tram ride was great! Well worth the drive, which was just a bit over an hour. Day 4 was Riding the Rails with the Rail Explorers. Only 30 minute drive. Another activity we all enjoyed. Of course, no trip to KY would be complete without bourbon tasting! Pepper Distillery District on Manchester Street was close and delicious.

Family getaway

Seth was a great host, always so quick to respond and so helpful. Would definitely stay again, we stayed for a family getaway, all ages 2 to 70 had a great time. Plenty parking. Everything worked. Close to bourbon trail distilleries. Was very clean and a lovely quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained and large screened in porch an added bonus. There was a path down to a park behind the house, with a walking trail and playground. And also a large yard with a small stream at the bottom. Outdoor lights were very pretty esp the large old tree all lit up. No firepit. But we were fine with that. Maybe they have one in winter months. Basement was great for games and evening drinks.

Family Time

My husband and I hosted our adult children / spouses, grandbaby, and my sister for a week of family time. This home is a great set-up -- everyone had their own private space, but the common areas are large, giving us lots of room to be together for cooking and eating meals, watching TV, playing ping pong and video games, enjoying the pool and hot tub, doing huge jigsaw puzzle, and playing board games. There are also quieter areas to just sit and talk or read, or for uninterrupted remote work days. We appreciated the many amenities like good wifi, comfy beds, nice linens and pillows, a Keurig and toaster, lots of TVs, and two washers and dryers. Check-in was a breeze, and using the door lock / code system all week was so helpful to avoid sharing keys in a large group. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the yard of the house is spacious. It is so easy to get to a number of local coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Overall the house is exactly what we needed!
