The fourth floor apartment with a lift was less than five minutes walk from the train station and a leisurely 15 minutes to the bustling Promenade des Anglais. After communicating with our hostess, we were met and shown how to work & locate everything, including the laundromat just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed, but with the hot, humid weather, the AC struggled a little (our only complaint). Beds were comfy, a good strong shower, quiet enough surroundings, plenty of local delicatessens. Would stay there again.
When ordering an Uber/taxi, the address they will meet you at is at the corner of Rue d’Italie

Absolutely fantastic for 2 people, firstly Jocelyne is really lovely and apartment is first class, also train station is only 300 yards away for travelling to different places on the Cote de sur, would have no hesitation in using this apartment in the future, thanks again Jocelyne for all your help. Superb accommodation in a superb location. Beds were extremely comfortable as was the sitting area which had a lovely view. Jocelyne was extremely helpful and kind who answered any questions we had about the area / getting to and from the airport. The apartment was beautiful and had all the home comforts you could want. A short walk to the promenade , train station and supermarket. We would definitely stay here again

Прекрасная квартира в центре Ниццы.В пяти минутах от жд вокзала,в 10 минутах от моря.Рядом 2 русских магазина.Лидл через дорогу.Шопинг,центр все в пешей доступности.Расположение-лучше не придумать!Прекрасная хозяйка!Милая и любезная.Все рассказала и показала.Всегда на связи.Квартира очень уютная,в хорошем доме.Две отдельных комнаты.Хорошая звукоизрляция.На кухне есть все и бонусы ввиде соли,приправ,кофе,чая.Рекомендую всем

Merci à la propriétaire. Adorable au niveau de l accueil. Appartement très très propre. Avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Literie très confortable. L appartement est entouré de pleins de petits commerces sympa pour dépanner. On est à 5 mn à pied du tram et du centre ville. Et 15 mn a peine en tram de la vieille ville et de la promenade des anglais. 30mn si vous le faites à pieds vraiment un logement super bien placé. Je reviendrai.

L'appartement est en excellent état, parfaitement aménagé et calme. Sa situation est centrale et elle convient tout à fait à qui arrive par le train ou par le tram (depuis l'aéroport). La propriétaire est des plus aimables et est très précise dans ses explications. Je ne peux que souhaiter revenir.

Liegt zentral zum Bahnhof, Restaurants und letztlich auch zum Strand (10 Minuten). Die Betten sind super bequem. Die kleine Klimaanlage hilft an heißen Tagen.

This accommodation is perfect for short and long stay, absolutely great location- everything you need just within 50 meters. Very clean and neat apartment and has everything you need for a stay, like at home. Want say about Jocelyn the host- she is the most kind and helpful person in the world! We really enjoyed our staying and for sure will be back there!

Property is in great location for walk to beach, 12 minutes, train is 5 minute walk, tram about the same. Lots of delicious restaurants within 10 minutes, you cannot go wrong if you check Google reviews. Very secure location, locked gate, building door and apartment. Everything you need is inside. AC in bedroom and fan in living room. Host is very nice, highly recommend. Gave four stars for communication because I don't speak French and Jocelyne speaks a little English but we managed to get it done through app translation. We would stay there again

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een enorm onstpannend verblijf gehad in dit appartement te Nice. Winkels op wandelafstand, een lekker pizzaria een paar straten verder en het station op minder dan 5 minuten wandelen. De eigenares is zeer toegankelijk, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben zeer goed en duidelijk kunnen communiceren. De badkamer is top, de bedden konden niet beter zijn, een redelijk moderne keuken ideaal voor 2 personen. Het instabiele internet is het enige minpunt dat we direct hebben. Voor de rest is het een ideaal verblijf voor een onstpannende vakantie in Nice!

It is a fabulous apartmemt when you visit Nice. The building is very nice and French. The apartment contains everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. In just 5 minutes you walk to the central station. A bakery is just around the corner. There are supermarkten, restaurants, bars etc nearby. We loved staying here.
