Very good location in the heart of the city center. But this hotel is like an airbnb. Hot water is finished at night, there is no slippers, no hotel reception after 8pm, no elevator. Hotel(house) is located in an apartment’s 4th and 5th floor.

The suite was perfectly as seen on the reservation site! Loved the room, the size and the overall amenities. Front desk staff varies from day to day, so you are not always greeted in the same welcoming manner, it’s unfortunate given the quality of the accommodations!

Great location and clean, spacious rooms, but there are some important things to note before booking. First, there are no phones in the rooms to contact the lobby; all communication is done via WhatsApp. Please be aware that the front desk is closed during the night and early morning, so support is not available 24/7. We stayed in 5th floor, which had a persistent plumbing odor and unstable furniture. The shower pans in both rooms are extremely shallow, leading to flooded bathroom floors. Also, there is no elevator, and while staff helped with bags at check-in, you are on your own if you check out before 1 PM. The building is also hard to find as there is no visible sign outside. Overall, this property feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. If you expect traditional hotel services and 24-hour support, this might not be the right fit for you.

This hotel is very central and close to many shops and restaurants. I love the modernness of the rooms and even the ease of access to the rooms/hallways via access codes. Very nice! I enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Despite the lack of elevators, the 2nd floor is not a bad walk up and the receptionists were very helpful in assisting you with your luggage.
