Enjoy your holiday at this modern apartment just a few steps from the charming Promenade Des Anglais!

This two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a six-story residence in Fabron easily accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers access to a number of delightful shared amenities including a beautiful garden with a fountain, playroom, and a large pool for guests to make the most of its green surroundings.

The apartment also has a private terrace with alfresco dining and nicely furnished interiors that make it suitable for a comfortable and carefree stay. A cosy living room with a sofa, coffee table, Smart-TV and open kitchen features inside this holiday retreat.

Preparing home-cooked meals is convenient too with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, induction hob and fridge are available at this lovely getaway.

Location

This lovely holiday apartment is located in the neighborhood of Fabron, which is known for its charming sea views and plenty of eating options. In fact, there are many French and Italian restaurants, cafes and pubs like Carlone within easy walking distance of the rental (5-15 minutes).

Fabron is also really close to the fabulous Promenade de Anglais and Bay of Angels. Guests can easily walk to the promenade’s famous beaches from here, which are 12-15 minutes away. Moreover, the picturesque old town of Nice, the hip and trendy Liberation neighborhood and many impressive Niçoise landmarks like the Saint-Nicholas Cathedral, Musée de Marc Chagall and the Acropolis are just a 10-minutes drive from the apartment.

Guests can also easily access the other pearls of the French Riviera from here. Monaco, Antibes, Cannes and Cagnes-Sur-Mer are all 30-40 minutes drive away, while the closest international airport is approximately a 9-minute car ride from here.

The holiday apartment can also be reached directly via tram from the airport.

Très bon séjour

Appartement propre, confortable et bien situé dans une résidence avec piscine. Je recommande. Seul inconvénient: accueil plutôt désagréable et méfiant des copropriétaires de la résidence lors des accès à la piscine.
