We’re delighted to share our main home with you this summer - a recently refreshed space where we live the rest of the year with a minimalist mindset: simple, functional, and serene.
Located on the 5th and top floor with elevator, the apartment includes:
- A main bedroom with a confortable double bed, air conditioning, and a small balcony
- A second bedroom with two stackable single beds - these can be used as a single bed (one tucked under the other, as shown in the photo), as two separate singles, or joined together to form a double bed - and a small balcony
- A living room with a bay window and a slightly larger balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring
- A fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your meals just like at home
- A neat and functional bathroom, equipped with a bathtub
- Toilet in a separate room
With its 3-meter-high ceilings and large windows (plus 3 small balconies), the space feels open, bright, and ideal for unwinding.
You’ll have access to the following amenities: fan, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, oven, hairdryer, and more.

The Gambetta avenue, with its tree-lined streets and lush greenery, is located to the west of downtown Nice. Just 10 minutes to the south lies the Promenade des Anglais and the iconic Negresco Hotel. Six minutes to the north, you’ll find the Russian Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Nicholas.
Architecturally, the Gambetta neighborhood is renowned for its charm and diversity. Art Deco façades, Belle Époque buildings, and modern architecture all coexist here - making it hard not to fall in love with these prestigious streets.
