"Positives- good communication and good quality of information about check in, access and parking. Great location with easy walking access to riverside and city centre. Effective plug in fan (no air conditioning). Downsides - poor shower (useless showerhead and water over floor). Noisy, could hear traffic even with window closed overnight. Had to have the fan on most of the time as room was hot."

"The owner welcomed us and explained all the details. The room was a little cramped with 4 and unfortunately very hot, but beds were very comforable and plenty of bedding and fresh towels provided, as well as helpful simple little extras such as shower gel and tissues. I like that a poster politely asks that people save energy (helping to reduce their bills and therefore cost for customers) by switching off lights etc. when leaving the room. Well that was dispensed in 2 tiny packets Shower - held 7’ in the air just the head no slider.. 18” above the shower screen? Bathroom was freezing due to a duct in the ceiling that let cold air in - and removed any warm air that we circulated in there via a sliding...
