「This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the metro station, making travel extremely convenient. 「Good. There wasn't a razor in the room, but I was able to get one when I asked at the reception.」

「It was a good hotel for business, the room was spacious. The only thing that was off for us was the cigarette smell. We booked a nonsmoking room. But the smell room smells like cigarettes. The person in front of our room was smoking and sitting with the door open, thus the smell on the whole floor. We reported it to the staff and they promptly acted on it. But after that the person still smokes and sits with the door open. We gave up reporting him.」
