「I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

「Very clean and nice staff, definitely recommend it and will be back again; thanks」

「Beautiful hotel with warm, professional staff and speedy check-in. Well-equipped facilities, spacious quiet rooms, and no odd smells.」

「centrally located lots of good dining in area」

「The location of the hotel is just average, and the facilities are quite old. When I first arrived at the front desk, no one attended to me. The staff also asked me to pay an additional RMB 1,000, but later realized that it was a mistake because I had already paid for my stay online. There were no tissues or clothes hangers in the room. The only tissues provided were by the bathroom sink. The complimentary bottled water was Binglu, one of the cheapest brands in China. Other than these issues,...
