「The room was very clean with lots of towels and toiletries. Very easy check-in and check-out process. The beds were good but a bit too hard, but this wouldn't stop us from booking again. The only issue we had was that we could hear every step and sound from the room above. Since this is an older building, it seems that there is not much sound proofing between rooms. It wasn't a major problem, but it could be if you are sensitive to noise when trying to sleep.」

「Great value for the price. Close enough to walk to queen street and enjoy all the restaurants and shopping. Complimentary breakfast was very good.」

「This is my new favorite hotel. I will be looking for them everywhere we travel. The suite gave us enough space to spread out snd I just loved it.」

「What a delightful stay at the Kent Motel, everything was top notch and so appreciated having on site bike storage. Excellent communication and hospitality, highly recommended and will return. Thank you」

「Good location」

「A wonderful, historic building in a quiet little town, near Niagara Falls and Niagara-by-the-Lake.」
