Lighting in room was Awful. Towel racks right Above toilet, little to no room to hang. Exposed wires- hanging from tv (both). Remote supplied would not turn tv on, had to call mgr to come up and turn on. Lights at the bed hardly bright enough for reading. On the plus side very comfortable bed, in room coffee great. All in all would probably not stay again. Clean, and all staff were very good at jobs. 2 nites Ted h

We arrived early (2hrs) and they checked us in early with no fee! :) This really made our stay since it was short! Parking is easy and convenient. Theres quick food attached and near by. Son had pool all to himself. Great location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I was not happy with our stay at your place. there were 2 drawers in the dresser that would not stay shut. safety hazard. the fridge was crooked and moved all the time. I went to take a shower and there was no body wash in the container. Breakfast was so bad. The coffee was not hot and you had no fruit and there was no bagels. Very cheap. We also had kids that jumped up and down till 11:30 at night and started at 6 am again. I know this is not your problem but it was awful. We head the elevator all night.

The hotel itself was fine. Lots of parking though a lower curb to roll luggage to vehicles would be better for those like me with mobility issues. The breakfast was great with 2 proteins and lots of accessories. But what I found most strange was I couldn’t get a late check out. Everywhere else I’ve stayed will always allow a moon from 11am checkout. I even offered to pay more but was told the hotel was sold out so no I couldn’t and the hotel had a no late check out policy. There was A/C and black out curtains, but if you’re a light sleeper I’d say bring ear plugs voices really carried. It was great that the room had and provided coffee and accessories with a bar fridge and microwave. The room was quite large with a dining table and 2 chairs and a desk. Also a house phone to get the wifi info. I had forgotten to request a bathroom with grab bars so to be safe brought a toilet assist which sits on the bowl to raise me higher so I can get up easier. The toilets I’d say were lower than average and without my aid I couldn’t have used the toilet in my room. The toilet paper was also extremely low. The toilets were like from a kindergarten classroom, that low. On the whole I rate it 8/10. The staff were friendly and polite and it’s is obviously a very popular hotel!

This is a great location. This is our second stay, and I recommended it to my friends and family. We came with family and got multiple rooms this time. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast is awesome. The only thing is the front desk staff /mgr is a bit aloof. He doesn't like to answer tourist questions, it seems.
