The space
With ample space and modern comforts, this home is ideal for families, large groups, or anyone looking to explore the beauty and excitement of Niagara Falls. Stroll to the nearby State Parks, visit the Niagara Aquarium, or enjoy the vibrant 3rd Street entertainment district filled with fantastic dining and nightlife options.

Other things to note
The vacant house next door is owned by the City of Niagara Falls, and the City is going to renovate the house soon.
We clean and mop the floors. There are some marks on the floors left during renovation that are permanent.

It was a pleasant and convenient stay at this property. There are ample numbers of rooms and bathrooms for large groups, all rooms are nicely equipped with essentials for the stay. We also loved the location so close to the falls.we highly recommend it

Nice stay!!

I was there for 2 nights with family members. The location of this is very close to Niagara Falls, NY attractions. The host was very responsive to our requests. Great stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The neighborhood where the property was located was unsafe, as we witnessed drug deals occurring upon our arrival. My family felt that the location was not secure enough for us to stay. The neighborhood was terrible; the house next door was boarded up, and another house was a few doors down. Needless to say, we left without staying.

Family holiday

My husband and I took our six kids plus one of the kids’ girlfriends for an extended weekend to the falls. The location was easy to find, easy check in process. Home was very clean and had all the necessities!having two bathroom and another toilet helps so much with having four teenagers and three littles!! The location was perfect for easily getting to the falls and state park. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great tidy well kept place to stay near to Falls. Nice clean cozy beds and linens. Fresh towels. Kitchen is very small but manageable. More utensils and dishes will make staying more comfortable especially with family.
