"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM.
