Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The area was peaceful. The gardens and pool were pleasant, the service and food was very good.

Great location. Walk to markets, grocery, currency exchange. Restaurant has fabulous food choices and delicious! Everyone there was exceptional and it was a wonderful experience

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était propre, bien agencée et spacieuse. Je suis arrivée à 3h du matin et j'ai reçu un bon service. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche de restaurants et de magasins. Une crème anti-moustique était fournie. Le seul hic, c'est que quand on les contactent via la messagerie Expedia, ils ne répondent pas. C'est frustrant surtout que je savais que j'allais arriver dans la nuit et que j'avais vraiment besoin de réponse.

Good: wonderful staff, all were very helpful and pleasant. Nice outdoor facilities. Breakfast was great. Bed was clean. Bad: the room was in great need of renovation. The carpet was absolutely filthy. Not because it hadn’t been vacuumed but because it had about 30 years of stains and ground in dirt. Wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet. The room was dark with a vaulted ceiling covered with cobwebs. Furnishings worn and outdated. Bathroom had some renovation but done poorly. The faucet was too close to the back of the sink making washing difficult. Towels very thin and dingy. Overall, with the exception of the staff, not a pleasant experience.

Front desk staff very slow at check-in. I believe when you start checking-in, if the phone rings, the caller gets put on hold while the person at the front desk checking-in finishes. It happened twice during my check-in. When I ask ed for my bill, the hotel had NO IDEA what I PAID for the room. this is UNSAT. What is the reason for this? When a customer checks out, in EVERY hotel on the guest is giving a bill with their room price on it. This is a bad policy and needs to be fixed. If the argument is that an email was sent with the pricing, I submit that we get hundreds of emails. The day I check out I want to settle my expense report and not have to go searching for an email from 6 weeks ago when the booking was made. Please change that.

De jaren worden wel zichtbaar bij dit hotel. Het sanitair lijkt wel uit begin ' jaren 90 te zijn gekomen. Daar wil ik wel bij opgemerkt hebben dat weer en wind een stevige tol vragen van het gebouw. De mensen van Cresta Riley's doen hun best het gebouw bij te houden. Ook als het gaat om dienstverlening is er niks op aan te merken.

Ok but!

Great hotel as always however check in a mess as they had cancelled our booking and then took 2 hours to sort it out. Their restaurant does not really offer any ambience. They could make it so much better. Very friendly staff

Great staff!

Excellent, professional staff who went out of their way to help me with my many requests (tour bookings) and questions about the area. The location is accurate and consistent with hotels.com and google maps (should be mentioned, as reviews of other establishments in the area indicate that such discrepancies do occur), i.e. it is central, within easy walking distance of shopping, dining, and the airport. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. Some mosquito repellent is recommended, especially if you want to enjoy the garden in the evening - the hotel is right next to the river after all. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again.

It's an older hotel, but nice grounds and very helpful staff. Nice peaceful stay near the action in town, without the noise.

The property was close to the airport but I have to give credit to the staff from the front desk to the restaurant. I wish I could remember names but one lady help me arrange my return covid test and she was so helpful. The gounds had a bar and at night you could sit outside by bar but wear repellant. My room was basic and bed was comfortable and enough closet space with a safe. My furniture needed some attention because the furniture was peeling or chipped where you see the inside partical board. The area had food, bank, currency exchange and wild donkeys on the road so overall a good stay with alittle more attention to furniture in room

Pleasant

Although we were two guests in the room, only one set of towels were provided and only 3 coffee sachets. The service at the bar and restaurant was slow. The garden and pool area was well maintained and neat. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful.
