Great property. Good location. Staff is good. The only thing they forgot about our anniversary celebration. I mentioned and reminded them again, staff said they will check and let me know but nothing, we chose this location for our 15th anniversary but was disappointed with that. Property is clean and got amazing views. Food is good. Staff is great as well. But don’t promise something you can’t deliver.

The doormen were super nice especially Loc. The staffs were nice, the room was pretty big and very nice. The pool was good but 1 thing i didn't like that it was in the shade so the water always cold.

Great Hotel, Wonderful Staff.

The Costa was clean, convenient, great location along the beach, the hotel staff were absolutely accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations and insights of the local area. The rooms were huge and clean. We would 100% come back to this hotel. Lastly, the balcony room view was spectacular.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Cleaning services always kept the rooms clean and refilled with clean towels everyday. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and nice city view from the bedrooms. Most of the staff were nice and polite, some of the staff were not as welcoming as others. Some just stand there quietly and not greeting anyone or making any recognition of guest. One receptionist seemed to have a bit of an attitude when talking to my wife. Our receptionist Anh and the hotel manager Trieu were great to deal with. Anh helped take our bags up to our room, and even waited for our taxi to arrive to help load up the bags. We had a bit of a miscommunication issue with one of the staffs regarding our laundry, but the manager came to meet us face to face to sort out the issue. The lack of proper laundry service definitely was an issue. And the staff failed to let us know about meal vouchers and discounts on food and shops within the hotel property. But it was a great stay, very clean hotel and very spacious rooms. Walking distance to food and shopping was great.

They do try.

I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide. I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in. The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other guests and there is nothing they can do to rectify the issues. Our stay was not comfortable because they didn’t help solve the issues. However after multiple complaints and escalated to the manager. They did refund me one night. I modified the review to reflect that they did try to address our concern after the event. We were hoping that they could do something during our stay so that we could have a comfortable stays. I hope you will have better experience than ours.

Central location. Spacious, clean, and convenient apartment. Comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean. We stayed at several hotels on Tran Phu street before, and Costa is much better than those by far.
