-Stay: good, comfortable, restroom was not so clean (with mosses) but other than that it was nice -Check-in: it was odd situation with too many people coming in, but still, I was told to sit and wait, and they totally forgot about us and proceed with other people, I had to go back to them reminding I was there, I didn't even get welcome drink everyone else had -Check-out: very well served, not like checking in, thank you -Other issues: asked about ice bucket, reception told me I can order 5AM by phone call, I called, they told me I can only have them at 7AM when I'm already out. Very dissapointed. -Pool: not big, but it was nice to chill.

예민한 저도 맘에 들었어요~!

청결부분을 예민하게 보는데 처음 입실하였을 때 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요! 화장실도 깨끗해서 마음 편하게 사용했네요~^^ 샤워기랑 필터 교환하고 물을 틀었는데 수압이 시원하게나와 너무 좋았어요~ 다시 간다면 또 사용할 의향 있어요^^

Et 5 stjernet hotel var det ikke, personalet var ikke imødekommende og man kunne ikke betale depositum med kort. Der var ikke nok håndklæder i pool og vi skulle dele som familie. Personalet var sure og kunne slet ikke smile eller give service.

새로 지은 호텔이라 컨디션이 너무 좋았습니다~ 씨뷰 고층으로 선택했는데 바다가 너무 잘보이고 쾌적했네요~ 조식도 나름 먹을만 합니다 한국인들이 많이 안가서 그런지 한국음식은 조식에 나오지 않네요~ 건너편에 바로 엘라운지라는 스파도 있고 시내 접근성도 좋습니다

중국인 전용호텔인줄 알았어요. 밤에 시끄럽고, 아침에도 시끄럽고... 조식의 음식은 가격대에 적당히 잘 나왔으나 먹을수가 없었어요. 사람도 많고 시끄러워서... 그러나 베트남호텔리어들은 대부분 친절하고 편하게 대해주셨어요. 그래서 아쉬운 호텔이었어요.
