Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself.
Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue.
We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...

Typical Scottish decor, plaid carpets with random sections of scenic wallpaper amid beautiful old woodworking.
