「Great hotel in a great location with really helpful staff 」

「Stayed in the alpine family room which was EXCELLENT - two separated (by doors) areas - one with twin beds, one with a double. Lovely clean, personal hotel and a fantastic breakfast (£13 extra each for fully cooked). The town was a good stop off between Edinburgh and Loch Ness for us, but actually plenty of local sights to see. Check in is by key code but worked well enough. Two floors of steps (no problem for us but if that’s a challenge then be warned). 」

「Easy to find and well sign posted. The property was clean and tidy with a nice little welcome pack. The view was stunning, even with misty starts and the little play area was easily supervised from the pods. The owner was so friendly and had two gorgeous dogs (in the private garden) who liked to keep an eye on proceedings. Really good to find a property with space for three children as it’s rare. 「All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding.」

「Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit.
