「Hotel was fine but booking via Expedia was a nightmare - NEVER AGAIN」

「Le logement est dans un village de mobilehome, ce qui n’est pas décrit sur l’annonce. Pas de vue. Il restait de la nourriture dans l’évier, une odeur désagréable du linge de maison. Le montant des frais de ménage de 50 £ sont informés après réservation. Aucun retour du propriétaire par rapport à mon message à ce sujet.」

「Breakfast choice and service not great. Receptionist not interested in explaining hotel facilities or how to get to room. Lockers malfunctioning in pool. No staff available at one of the restaurants when we tried to visit. 」

「easy to find close to everything. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, with lovely little additions such as milk, wine, and biscuits. The drive was gritted which helped so much as we arrived during the heavy snow in November. Great communication from start to finish and always there if anything was needed. Would highly recommend.」

「A cosy cottage in a very silent and peaceful settlement. The apartment is perfectly equipped and offers from the kitchen a nice view on the mountains of the Cairngorm National Park. Shopping facilities, the railway station as well as the bus stop with busses to the mountains are within a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.」
