Great spot!!

We comfortably fit 6 of us at this place and it was so great! The parking was a huge plus, we were able to fit 4 cars, not sure if that’s always the case, but it was awesome! Space was clean, spacious and great location! Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Chris, the manager, was great to work with. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk and an easy drive to Middletown. Rooms were clean and it had adequate sleeping for our family of 2 grandmothers, two adults, and one teenager.

Excellent stay at this property in Newport

The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to downtown Newport. The property was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The owner was nice, accommodating, and very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would not hesitate to choose this place again for our next visit to Newport.

The location can’t be beat. Parking was convenient and it is close to the mansions. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the bar next door, but the condo itself was comfortable and well equipped. Owner was great with communication.

Girls bday weekend

6 adult women came to celebrate a milestone bday. Rental had plenty of comfy beds, walking to restaurants, shops, cliff walk and parking for all cars. Owner was responsive and gave spot on recommendations for food and activities.

Newport Wedding

We really enjoyed staying at the VRBO. The location was perfect very spacious and airy. The host was very accommodating and readily available if I had any questions. The only thing We did not know about was the stairs and we had an 85-year-old grandpa with us. But he made it fine. The baseboards on the stairs and in the bedroom floors were a little dirty.

Best Spot for a Girls Weekend Out

We had the best time here! The apartment looked just like it did in the listing and having the two bathrooms was perfect for all of the girls to get ready for the night out. The beds were SO comfortable. The owner was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly and professionally. He also gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. This was the perfect spot for us to get to and from downtown easily. The big, private parking lot was also great because none of us had to worry about where to put our cars. We’re already thinking about coming back for our next girls trip!

Great location for a long weekend!

Easily walkable to local attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops. Also right near the Thames Glass Blowing studio (be sure to book in advance). Comes with private parking which is so convenient. The bedrooms were all a decent size and everyone said their bed was comfy. Shower was nice & strong! Wifi worked fine. We didn't spend much time in the unit except for sleeping & changing. Noise really wasn't an issue. Place is stocked with basics. Definitely bring your own toiletries and hangers. Owner/Manager Chris was very responsive and accommodating to early arrival (we asked if we could park a few hours prior to check-in) and gave us some local recommendations. We (4 adult women) found it fit our needs perfectly in terms of space, facilities, and location. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Girls weekend

We had a great time this past weekend in Newport! Check-in, communication, location and parking were awesome! The apartment was spacious for 4 adult women too and the beds were comfy. The apartment could have been cleaner and could use a couple things to make it cozier like lamps , and curtains. It was cold and rainy the weekend of our stay so we spent time in the apartment. Great location and price!

This stay was great- the place was spotless, the rooms spacious and the sheets soft as silk. As far as location you can’t beat it- at the end of the action so it was quiet but walkable to everything. Chris was super responsive and had great recommendations for our stay. Oh, and parking! Would definitely book again.

We stayed at the beginning of January, and overall the place was as described. However, during our stay, the heating was not sufficient for winter temperatures. This appears to be an ongoing issue, as the owner had provided space heaters in the unit. While they helped somewhat, they were not enough to fully resolve the problem. Personally, I would not choose to stay here again during the winter months.
