The last at the counter after letting her know that this was situation during check out she was like oh okay I will update the staff . I don’t understand people don’t care even if there is a mistake on their end , a small sorry would have been nice but over all the hotel looks good but the amenities inside the room were not at all good ."

"There seems to be a communications issue with Hotels.com and all the motels I've stayed at this trip. I don't know what it is. At the Travelodge, my only beef is that the lobby was locked up at 7AM. Good thing there was a coffee maker in the room."
