1 house off the beach with "peek-a-boo" ocean view from the oversized rooftop deck. This is one of the most conveniently located and nicest rentals in all of Newport Beach. Steps to the sand, and walk to the pier in 5 mins.

Common Space: Full size Futon on 3rd level
This property centrally located on 28th Street just a 5 min walk south of the Newport Beach pier. You can walk anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
Guests can access unit b in back of home, carport B (no garage), Private Rooftop deck
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
-This is the upper (2nd & 3rd Level) of a duplex home. (You will not have access to the ground level street facing patio)
-(1) Designated parking spot provided in Covered Carport. Mid-sized Trucks/SUVs are permitted however compact vehicles are always recommended in beach cities. (You will not have access to the Left Carport or either Garage)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to enter the home from the front door and (1) to access the rooftop patio.
-Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested 48 Hours prior to your stay.
-Children Must be supervised at all times.
PETS - This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
