"Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at the Holliday express cleanliness, staff, breakfast. I would recommend to anyone it is an A1 place to stay at."

"Room was lovely but the air conditioning didn’t work as the battery was flat. Windows don’t open so room was far too hot and stuffy. Bed and pillows were a little soft for our liking.Hotel was extremely busy as there was a show on in the P&J Arena but not enough staff on to clear tables, serve drinks etc. Big cue at bar. Lift broke down in the morning causing cues for lift. Not enough tables for sitting eating breakfast, either carry your food right through the hotel to the other side or eat food at low tables which are fine for evening drinks but no good for eating food."

"Couldn’t get a parking spot but was still charged £5 for parking. No hot water in shower- Luke warm. Breakfast was disaster, no plates, cutlery, cups. Staff were slow to serve and stock up. "

"Owners were very welcoming. Pets N/A as we didn't have any. Food at breakfast was excellent. Provisions in room for teas, etc. also excellent. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room suited us too. Absolutely no complaints and would happily stay again."

"Just a quick stay. Amenities were good. Nice clean room. Booked the room specifically for the bath tub. Partner used the shower and felt it was slippy underfoot. Maybe a shower mat would be handy? Staff were friendly at check in. Didn't use restaurant however it smelt nice walking by Overall fantastic hotel "
