Ahoy Villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, offering two beautifully styled bedrooms and two bathrooms. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in the peaceful views – the ideal setting for a laid-back coastal escape.

This villa is privately owned and managed. When you book through Weekenda at Caves Beach, you'll also enjoy access to the resort's pool, bar and restaurant.

How We Price: Our booking rates are based on a minimum number of guests, and any extra guests are charged per person, per night. The system will automatically adjust your rate based on the number of guests entered at booking. Please note, if guest numbers are reduced after booking, the price will remain as originally charged and is non-refundable.

Arrival Details: We like to keep things easy! You'll receive your access code by SMS just before 3pm on the day you arrive. This code will be used for the entire stay. Standard check-in is from 3pm. While we do our best to accommodate early arrivals, we can only confirm availability the afternoon before your check-in date. If an earlier check-in becomes possible, you’ll receive an SMS notification by 4pm the day prior.

Linen: One set of bed linen and a bath towel is provided per guest. If you're staying longer or prefer extras, feel free to bring additional towels. Please remember to bring your own towels for the pool or beach.

Guest Amenities: We’re proud to support eco-friendly practices, so you’ll find refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers. For anything specific, we recommend bringing your personal bathroom essentials.

Shared Resort Pool: 6AM – 9PM from October to April, 7AM – 5PM from May to September

No Party Policy: To ensure all guests and neighbours enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10PM and that gatherings remain respectful in nature. Ahoy Villa is located in a quiet residential area and operates in line with NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council guidelines.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of guests listed on your booking is the maximum allowed at the villa at any time, including visitors. If you’d like to have someone drop by, just let us know – we’re happy to approve small, casual visits (like Mum and Dad popping in for a BBQ). Larger gatherings are unlikely to be approved, but we’ll always do our best to be flexible within the house rules.

Cameras & Noise Monitoring: While Ahoy Villa itself doesn’t have any external cameras, please note that the surrounding Caves Bungalows resort area (which includes a restaurant and bar) does have security cameras in shared spaces. Looking ahead, the villa owner may choose to install external cameras in line with local regulations.

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, all guests are required to complete a simple electronic registration before arrival. This includes uploading a form of photo ID (such as a driver’s licence or passport). The primary guest will also be asked to provide a list of all staying guests along with their mobile numbers – just in case we ever need to get in touch. All of this information is securely deleted after your stay, and access codes are only sent to verified guests for your peace of mind.

Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 5 days of arrival, we’ll need a photo of a valid credit card that matches the name on your ID. If they don’t match, the booking will be cancelled and refunded. This is simply to help protect guests and prevent fraud.

Travel Insurance: We recommend taking out travel insurance for peace of mind in case of unexpected changes. Providers like Cover-More, InsureandGo, or Travel Insurance Direct offer great options.
