There was no restaurants close and the street was difficult to navigate to and from.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful and was able to answer all my questions thank you for making our a couple days in New Jersey enjoyable

Nice property that is a bit worn in places but overall very clean and pleasant. Rooms are spacious enough for central Newark and the option to add a roll-out bed for free makes this an economical option for groups attending an event at the prudential center. The staff are friendly and helpful, but it was impossible to get someone on the phone prior to my arrival to answer questions about the property. I appreciated the ability to walk to and from the prudential center in 10 minimutes, but you get a free breakfast and more bang for your buck if you’re willing to travel a bit further, so I left after two nights. This property might be great for groups traveling to prudential center who share the room before/after an event, but less economical for couples or solo travelers.
