I was excited for my trip but unfortunately I wasn't able to locate the apartment not only because there was no clear instructions but I was scared to get out of my car. I was visiting with my mother and the location was filled with homeless and people loitering everywhere. Although the place looks nice on the pictures, the surrounding area is absolutely terrifying. Would highly recommend anyone who cares about safety to stay very far away from this place. Ended up getting a place in montclair. Highly recommend going there.

Suite was exactly as pictured. Everything worked perfectly, check in is very smooth; I loved my stay here, definitely would book again if the damage deposit wasn’t so much but I get it. Only things that I would say to be aware of is the suite is located in the heart of Newark so sirens were loud & constant. Parking was available on both sides of the street but locals will tell you you’ll get ticketed to deter you away from parking there. I stayed for 8 days & never got ticketed. Bring detergent & softener if you’re going to use the washing machine too.

Perfect stay

Apartment was exactly as depicted and was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the NJPAC and Prudential Center. Lots of food options around and there's also a Whole Foods just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Fun time!

It was a nice place to stay for our trip to New York. Walking distance to penn station to go to NY. Nice food places to eat. We were walking distance to see concert at Prudential Center. Very clean!

Súper Easy and Parking makes a difference!!

The home was exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The location is very urban, offering a true city experience with plenty of nearby attractions and easy access to public transportation. The building itself is nice and well-maintained, featuring a convenient elevator that made getting in and out a breeze. Shaun, the host, was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. His attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Newark. It offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this property. Its in the heart of downtown Newark, NJ., walking distance to The Prudential Center, Wholefoods, NJPAC and everything downtown has to offer. I definitely would recommend this place for lodging.

Fabulous studio

Was in town for a UFC event at the Prudential Center . Simple walk across the street. Many places to go in walking distance including Newark Penn station to get over to NYC within 20 mins . Parking for the apartment was a huge plus !! Apartment was very clean and comfortable and all updated. Absolutely nothing but praise for the place and Shaun was an exceptional host. Check in and out was simple . He was quick to reply to any questions I had and helped me get around locally . Very quick response to anything I needed! Thanks again for the lovely stay and your professionalism.

Great communication

The neighborhood was a little scary for my young kids walking back to the apartment at night. Once inside the building complex we felt completely safe and at home. It was very close to the train station and parking was a huge plus. It was much easier to take the train in to NYC and leave our car parked. Shaun was fabulous about communicating with us when a few problems arose. He responded to texts and calls immediately and had good ideas to solve little problems.

Newark paradise

Wonderful space! It's just as the listing states it is! Comfy bed and couch and in a cool area. Shaun was lovely to communicate with and kept things very clear as the property manager! I was going to see a concert at the Prudential Center and it's literally a 3 minute walk to the venue! I was surprised to see other cool spots so close to this place as well. Would definitely plan another trip and come back.
