Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).

Kindly note that only street parking is available. Please note that this unit is in a residential area, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors, although it's typically a quiet environment. We recommend taking this into consideration prior to finalizing your booking.

Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine covers additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.
